NOTICE TO CLIENT AND NEW CLIENTS: Beginning February 1, 2010, my hourly fee will be reduced to $150.00 per hour due to the poor economic conditions in Michigan. My retainer rates will be reduced as well. All new clients will be charged $150.00 per hour upon contracting. Michigan is in a Depression and I am willing to help work with my clients financially during these difficult economic times. Sorry, I am not currently taking pro bono cases. I have already met my pro bono obligation for this year.
